Carol Arthur is chair of the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire group of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and for three years judged the CIPR’s annual PRide Awards. Senior account director at award winning  Harrogate-based Northern Lights PR, Carol trained as a journalist with Yorkshire Post Newspapers.  Her wide-ranging experience covers business, education and consumer markets. She has worked in or headed up the PR departments of two colleges, the North Eastern Co-operative Society and Northumbria Tourist Board.
